Unfortunately, no. The library's license agreements are very specific that only current WTAMU students, faculty and staff can have remote database access. You are welcome to come to the library, and the Reference librarians will be happy to assist you with your research.
Also, check with your local public library to see what databases they provide for cardholders. The Texas State Library helps libraries statewide provide electronic resources for library users. Most other states have similar arrangements.
